ABOUT
Short animated film. By Malin Erixon with voice actor Shanti Roney. The film is nominated for a Guldbagge Award – Sweden’s leading film award. It was also nominated for ”Startsladden” at Göteborg International Film Festival as well as the ”1 km film”-scholarship at the Stockholm International Film Festival; the two largest short film awards in Sweden. It had it’s festival premiere in January, 2014 and premiered at cinemas all across Sweden in October. It has screened at several national and international festivals as well as at Liljevalchs Vårsalong 2015 – the famous jury-selected Spring Salon Exhibition that marks the opening of each new artistic year at Liljevalchs Art Gallery in Stockholm. www.butyouareadog.com



SYNOPSIS
An odd group of people gather to see an unusual dance performance. They all have their own issues but nevertheless, they can’t help but notice the odd one out. This is a nontraditional love story, between a man and his… special friend.
